We’ve made updates to our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and Privacy Policy. These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to provide transparent information about how you can use our services and how we handle your personal data. These updates won’t affect your account or your use of the service.
The updated Terms and Privacy Policy are effective immediately for new users, and will take effect for existing users on 9 June 2025. You don’t have to do anything to accept these changes. By continuing to use our services, you agree to our updated Terms and Privacy Policy.
Below is the summary of the key changes.
Terms of Use
- We’ve updated the dispute resolution section to implement a new arbitration procedure governed by the National Arbitration and Mediation rules. We also clarified the process for opting out and the standards and procedures for arbitration.
- The governing law has been updated to the laws of the State of Delaware.
- We have refined several details concerning both your and our legal rights, such as providing clarification on liability, disclaimers, your obligation to cover certain costs (indemnity), and how we may use the content and feedback you provide.
- For our users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, we have clarified where disputes will be resolved and which laws will apply.
- We have also made general improvements to the Terms by rewording and rearranging sections to make them easier to understand and to ensure our Terms reflect the current legal and regulatory frameworks we work within.
Privacy Policy
- We’ve added a separate section for US consumers in order to reflect the changes brought by state-specific privacy regulations in the US. It provides details on what personal information we collect and share with third parties, for what purposes, and the privacy rights of the US consumers.
- We've clarified the list of types of personal data we collect when you use our service and the third parties with whom we may share it.
We encourage you to review the full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to understand all changes. While this summary highlights the most significant updates, the full documents contain additional details that may be relevant to you.
