MONEY-BACK POLICY

A. ELIGIBILITY FOR MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Your eligibility for a money-back guarantee depends on whether this option was presented during your checkout process. When offered, you may qualify for a refund under our Money-back guarantee program ONLY if you satisfy ALL of the following qualifying conditions:

QUALIFYING CONDITIONS:

The court must have rejected your filing specifically due to errors in our documents or instructions, AND you must have:

1. 1) Used our self-help service's documents without alterations;
2. 2) Followed all provided instructions during filing;
3. 3) Submitted to us documentation proving both your original filing documents and an official court rejection documentation (order, notice, or letter).

CLAIM PROCESS: Your refund application will be reviewed and a decision will be communicated via email.

B. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

The Money-back guarantee specifically excludes:

• Spouse's refusal to sign documents
• Third-party fees (court filing fees, legal consultation fees)
• External mediation service charges
• Any scenario not meeting ALL qualifying conditions above

C. STANDARD REFUND POLICY

Generally, if you do not meet the conditions set out above, the fees you have paid are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated herein or is required by applicable law.

Please note that due to technical limitations, refunds can only be processed within the following timeframes based on the original payment method:

• Card payments are eligible for a refund within 120 days from the date of the transaction.
• PayPal payments are eligible for a refund within 180 days from the date of the transaction.

After the above time limits, we are unable to process any refunds. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
