A. ELIGIBILITY FOR MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Your eligibility for a money-back guarantee depends on whether this option was presented during your checkout process. When offered, you may qualify for a refund under our Money-back guarantee program ONLY if you satisfy ALL of the following qualifying conditions:

QUALIFYING CONDITIONS:

The court must have rejected your filing specifically due to errors in our documents or instructions, AND you must have:

  1. 1) Used our self-help service's documents without alterations;
  2. 2) Followed all provided instructions during filing;
  3. 3) Submitted to us documentation proving both your original filing documents and an official court rejection documentation (order, notice, or letter).

CLAIM PROCESS: Your refund application will be reviewed and a decision will be communicated via email.
